Good boys club. I have seen how only men are promoted to the General manager position. Some men in those positions are allowed to go extended periods of time messing up and wont get disciplinary action. While others will be struggling for 2 months and given an ultimatum to fix it by the end of the month or be fired. Depends on who is he regionals favorite.
When there is a GM position open, instead of being offered to multiple qualified candidates that are currently at another location, in a lower position, ext. the position is given to someone that worked for the company before and got fired for stealing from the company.
Other associates can shut down your sale and rewrite under their name if there is anything customer service related issue they need to fix. this is done without you being told there is an issue and management supports this.
Drivers are overworked since there is only 2 drivers allowed for a store with the customer count of 1500. the drivers work 60-70 hour weeks and if those two call out for any reason the days deliveries are screwed because there is no one to do it.
