Pros

As long as you have a good team it can be fun and the pay can be good as long as you bonus. You can make decent money for lower middle class. They have great contest and bonus but they set the bar to high sometimes for you to reach them.

Cons

Long hours. If you don't like dealing with the public this is not the job for you. You must have thick skin cause you will get cursed out trying to follow pathway. They will write you up for something small right before reviews so they don't have to give you a bonus or if you trying to transfer and leave they will write you up to keep you from leaving. They have contest that are great but if your in a poor city or in a store in a bad part of town where people don't like to pay they bills You won't see a dime of reward and you have to work harder. The pay is super low especially if your in a smaller store. You could work at Target or Taco Bell making more for less stress.

Pros

All the people I worked with in the store were fantastic people. Everyone helps everyone else and doesn't leave anyone out to dry.

Cons

Management above store level were a nightmare. Easily the worst I've ever experienced. They would change goals often, sometimes within days of having made a change. They would make assumptions about what was wrong without ever actually being in store. They wouldn't speak to ANYONE below the level of a manager to the point of ignoring someone if they greeted them.
