The current macroeconomic conditions have prompted us to be more diligent in our spending as we build for durability and profitability amidst the challenging environment. We’ve had to make some hard trade-offs, but supporting our employees has been our key goal. We strongly feel that we do this best by providing consistent income and health benefits rather than focusing on short-term in-person gatherings and meals. We understand it’s frustrating to not be able to meet with coworkers in-person, and recognize the challenges that presents.
