The family owners are understanding of family duties and responsibilities. Benefits are decent and there are some perks for working for the company like tickets to local racetrack, dinner invitations for organizations and hunting with the boss if you are male. .

The company is family owned and run by the President. No decisions are made without his imput and he micromanages everyone.. Decisions are subject to the whims of the President and his management team is largely uneducated and not qualified for the jobs they hold. The one who are qualified are bullied and there is nothing in place to deal w/the workplace drama. There are no job descriptions, no pay raises, and no incentives for performance. It is amazing this company is still in business. The previous President was a visionary and charismatic leader. The reins passed to his son and the company has been in decline every since. There is a lot of potential, but too many egos are in the way.
