-Will insist that we are not understaffed while units are running nonstop with no breaks some days and almost never getting to stay at one post for more than 30 minutes. -Tend to focus hard on micromanaging small policies while overlooking employees who have been reported for bullying, discrimination, hate speech, sexual harassment, etc. -Chain of command reporting often fails resulting in inconsistent and often unfair consequences for infractions. -Supervisors tend to micromanage by calling multiple times a day and texting on days off over small issues and going through empty units to trash personal belongings from the day/night before. -Orientations and trainings are rushed in efforts to staff units, so be prepared to learn how to do half your job in the moment. -Often out of stock on important supplies for truck operations.
