Pros
They have an employee engagement survey every year....so they try to find out what is wrong...
Cons
Unfortunately they choose not to address the issues identified in the survey. The same problems that were brought to the surface in the 2012 survey are still the problems they have today. Many branches have 175% turnover in one year! Recruiting cannot fill the positions fast enough because so many people leave so fast.
