Steer clear from this company, they do not care about their employees. They try micromanaging you to the extreme and even attempted to prevent employees from carrying cell phones irrelevant to their families and needs. Management is inept at making responsible decisions and play favorites when it benefits them and their personal needs regardless of productivity. Especially when it comes to promotions.
Now we are dealing with a pandemic situation in the corona virus, which should be understood from a medical industry standpoint, yet they are forcing their administrative associates to continue coming into the office while the CEO sits at home comfortably protecting himself and his family. They disregard the fact that the admins all have laptops and no need to be in the office during these times to get their work done but instead continue to force them into an office while most other companies are implementing common sense practices to protect their associates. Only option they are providing employees is to take PTO or stay home without pay irrelevant to the fact that as a medical profession they should understand that a pandemic means the situation is of serious concern.
