Too many cons to list. Leadership does not value front line workers opinions, feels like leadship's and back office needs are valued over patient needs, decreased transparency, unrealistic mandatory duties to salaried employees. Leadship may "listen" but they do not hear and they will answer with a spin. Plan to work many hours off the clock. Decreased flexibility with scheduling. Need to answer to multiple managers. Surprisingly disorganized for national company. HCHB suites business needs well but not always best for clinician or patients.
