Pros
A pay cheque and when 5 pm hits, you can escape that disorganized mess. I did like one of the ladies in admin as she was very helpful and knew a lot more than middle management should've known in the first place.
Cons
It's always ironic that the companies that have the word care in their name most often don't actually care - either its clients or employees. Just another company seeking profits over people instead of providing the quality service for both. * First day, no desk was set up and spent a portion of my day on the phone with tech support about getting my login info, which should've been set prior. Then I realized I was working a staffing agency, which both area manager and branch manager withheld that vital info from the job interview. Sneaky, * They both seem to have some giant chip on their shoulder. There was always some pointed language towards staff that I noticed, and doing that over teams is not a good look either. Not sure why they seem like they hold an attitude but if that job is the best they can do, then I guess good for them. * No training at all. Expected me to stare at a computer screen all day in a sad beige room then do the job after completion which took some weeks. Expected me to know everything or where it's at or how to do a task. My supervisor was barely a few weeks in so I don't think she knew everything. Sometimes I had to follow-up just so I find higher ups to help out. Nope. * It always is about getting clients in ASAP. It's always about ignoring your personal needs or trying to help a Client with accidental charges that have not been resolved from AR for weeks. Pretty sure the disorganized office exposed some HIPAA violations. But don't ask me, girl. * Within 2 weeks, 2 employees had left. At that point, I knew the red flags have been glaring all over and now I know why. * I was told that my medical doctor appointments might not be approved by HR> What kind of garbage is that? Supposedly "caring for our employees"? * And the countless complaints I received, dealt with from both clients and caregivers, the way this company handles or resolves issues is not surprising. What unbearable crap that place is. Again, profit over people.
