There is little opportunity for advancement for non nursing staff, despite higher levels of education/credentials/experience. This company toots its own horn about being the most diverse company. On the contrary, there is a predominance of opportunities for nurses, females, and minority employees. There are less opportunities for advancement for others that fall outside of those parameters.
