That brings us to the downsides of working at Acclaim, and there are a lot of them. To go over the important ones, the company is poorly managed, starting at the top. This leads to overworked employees, missed deliverables, and overall negative feedback from all involved. This is what seemed to be an endless cycle that I've experienced at Acclaim. Employees are not valued by the company which leads to feelings of unhappiness and dissatisfaction. Work stopped being enjoyable and felt more like a chore every day. These are the same feelings that were shared by every co-worker I've spoken to during my time there. Yes, every single coworker shared feelings of unhappiness working at Acclaim.
