Pros

Typical desi consulting company and will do your h1 transfer

Cons

- Very money-minded and no respect for employees - Revokes I-140 when you leave even if you work for several years - Extremely expensive health plans - Almost negligible 401k match that too after 1 year. company contribution doesn't vest for a year - Bad management - they are ok till you accept their poor wages. no salary hikes even if they get much more from the client for retaining you - Pay C2C employees significantly higher than their own employees - extremely biased employment agreement and bond

Pros

I belonged to a very strong technical team composed of amazing and talented people and we were looking on cutting-edge technology.

Cons

Someday you will meet people who will want to abuse you because they are just crazy. I have encountered such people in this company, and they extremely unjust and unfair. You really can't do much against them. You can either talk to them about it and, sort your differences out but in a case where your manager is a nutcase, the only way to handle it is to IGNORE.
