Pros

Visibly clean. Free Uniforms. (If you don't quit within 90 days) Unlimited overtime.

Cons

Where do I start. All I can say i've never been fed such a huge amount of lies from anyone, you'd think they are con-artists. All they talk about is how amazing the place is to work, and everything they do for the employees. They plan on building gyms, training classes, temporary housing for out of state interviewee's (b/c they pushed all the good local people to quit), but none of the current employees care about that all. All upper management cares about is appearance. They have easily 10+ custodians cleaning the shop on a daily basis. They have highly qualified welders / fabricators running around the machines with touch-up kits fixing any sort of paint chip. The entire shop must remain SPOTLESS at all times. Doesn't matter if you are doing machine maintenance, deburring parts, or setting up a machine. They will gladly let you know that your area isn't clean enough, doesn't matter if you are working like mad to get things done. Next up is the horrific air quality conditions. All the machines have oil / vapor collectors, but none of them work correctly, which causes oil vapor to be released into the air. During a sunny day, you can see a fog of oil in the air from the skylights. OSHA has been in twice in the past 8 months regarding this and nothing has been done to improve it. Employees are generally overworked and stressed out. Management sets unrealistic deadlines for customer deliveries and expect the employees to work even more hours (50+ minimum a week) to try to reach their deadlines. Generally, employees are not happy and do not want to be there. I have seen 15 people quit in the past year alone. These are just a couple things; I could go on for a while. Just trust me, If it seems too good to be true, then it most likely is. Run far away.

Let’s start by simply clarifying that no company ignores OSHA and gets away with it. We don’t have a team of 10+ custodians and no one is forced to work more hours than agreed to in an offer letters. And if that number is so far off so might be the other stats cited in this post. Finally, air quality or any environmental factor that could impact on our workforce is swiftly managed by our experienced building operations team. We do agree that the shop is “SPOTLESS”.

Pros

I’ve genuinely had a great experience working here. It’s a private, family-owned company, and that really shows in how employees are treated day to day. The culture is welcoming, and the people I work with are not only friendly but also supportive and easy to collaborate with. One thing that really stands out is how much effort ownership puts into making employees feel appreciated. There are thoughtful perks like food trucks, gift cards, a bowling league, and other fun events that break up the routine and make the work environment more enjoyable. It doesn’t feel forced—it actually adds to morale and creates a stronger sense of community. The manufacturing facility itself is state-of-the-art, which makes a big difference in how efficiently and effectively we can do our jobs. The work is also genuinely interesting—we’re involved in medical device manufacturing that helps create products designed to improve people’s lives. It adds a strong sense of purpose, knowing the work we do is important and ultimately helps patients. Overall, it’s a positive place to work where you feel valued, not just as an employee, but as a person. That kind of environment can be hard to find, and it’s a big reason why I enjoy coming to work each day.

Cons

None to report at this time.

Pros

I have a job that pays.

Cons

Acero Precision has a miserable work atmosphere because of disrespectful and rude management. Employees here are treated terribly by managers who constantly look down on us. There is no respect for our personal or professional boundaries, and managers sometimes insult and yell at us in front of our co workers.

Dear Readers, This review is completely fabricated and does not reflect the reality of our workplace. Our two-person Building Maintenance team has been with Acero Precision for nearly ten years. They are valued members of our organization who consistently do an outstanding job. The statements made in this review simply do not align with the facts. Rather than relying on anonymous online posts, we encourage anyone who is genuinely interested in learning about our company to visit our facility, meet our team, and speak directly with the employees who work here every day. We are confident they will provide an honest and accurate perspective on what it is like to be part of Acero Precision. Unfortunately, anonymous review sites have become increasingly susceptible to false or misleading posts. In some cases, these reviews appear to be created to generate business opportunities for reputation management or consulting firms that later approach companies offering paid services to "fix" the problem. Whether or not that is the case here, readers should approach anonymous reviews with appropriate skepticism. Sincerely, Acero Precision
