The manufacturing facility itself is state-of-the-art, which makes a big difference in how efficiently and effectively we can do our jobs. The work is also genuinely interesting—we’re involved in medical device manufacturing that helps create products designed to improve people’s lives. It adds a strong sense of purpose, knowing the work we do is important and ultimately helps patients. Overall, it’s a positive place to work where you feel valued, not just as an employee, but as a person. Acero Precision has a miserable work atmosphere because of disrespectful and rude management. Employees here are treated terribly by managers who constantly look down on us. There is no respect for our personal or professional boundaries, and managers sometimes insult and yell at us in front of our co workers.
