Pros
Achieve Internet is a fast-paced, busy, exciting company to work for which fosters a very open, learning-centric environment. There is a lot of team work and collaboration. Although no longer technically a start-up, the close-knit, exciting start-up feel is still present. You also have the opportunity to wear a lot of hats. There is constant learning. The Web Development Internship Program is awesome- opens a lot of doors and teaches these students the "Achieve way" of doing things so that both student and company are set up for success.
Cons
There's a little bit of a "figure it out as you go" mentality, but that could be interpreted as a positive thing, too. Mistakes are made, but that's often the best way to learn. The CEO changes his mind often, but that keeps you on your toes! And it might just be because he's a thinker/is thoughtful and creative.
