Pros
Achieve is definitely one of the best places I have ever worked at. The environment is very stress free, while still keeping the professional aspect in mind. All employees are friendly and are always willing to help others. The development team will never just shrug you off, even with the most advanced technical problems. The marketing/business team are very good at what they do and really put a key emphasis on working as a fluid cohesive team, always pleasing clients. The clients walk away with products that exceed expectations. You will have a lot of involvement with the CEO and CTO and are always there to help. As an intern, their program has successfully given me the skills to be a professional developer. They give you very challenging projects/tasks and are always there to help and this is why Achieve is such a great company.
Cons
There honestly aren't any cons about Achieve. They work by the beach!
