In response to the company's poor response to my comment. That was unprofessional to address my review as fake, and I am rather insulted. This is the exact reason your management and team struggle with leadership. Please, just improve on your management skills and professionalism. This should help bring and retain better and qualified employees for the company
Cons
The company's response to my first review speaks for itself on their lack of respect and consideration for many current and former employees, I'm glad I'm done with them. I tried very hard with upper management on elevating myself within the company, and I don't believe I was provided a decent opportunity. I unfortunately do not believe all people and employees are treated equally.
