Salaries do not increase with tenure. Responsibilities tend to increase over time, especially for employees who are genuinely responsible and consistently do their best, often in an attempt to qualify for a bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed. The performance evaluation framework feels largely formalistic and does not reliably result in bonuses. Management appears disengaged from day-to-day business operations and process establishment, and is frequently unavailable due to board meetings and business travel. There is very high pressure to deliver on ad-hoc projects that often lack clear business justification.
