The company does not value employees who have gotten them to where they are. They pay outside people with less experience significantly more than what they pay top producers and employees who have been with the company longer. When confronted about it they will lie, avoid or make excuses. They undervalue their employees and overvalue the senior leadership who is only concerned about what AI initiative is next, even though none of the current ones are working. Also losing significant traction in the one are they had been good at, MSP's
