Pros

Our relationship started around 3 years ago and continue going, although there's turbulence recently I still have positive outlook for the future, but with a time limit. My role kind of mixture of production and research, overall, my manager is great! I would like to work along with my manager much further, and my teammates are great, super work-life-balance, and open, transparence management

Cons

Why I say "I still love you" and with time limit, if you are an expat, and in Singapore, you may suffer the raising cost of living, and no progress on salaries/benefits, while the cost, rent, mortgage are keep raising up, while salaries are keeping low, sorry, then I have to leave, although I still you love.

Pros

Good product for niche environments

Cons

The company does not value employees who have gotten them to where they are. They pay outside people with less experience significantly more than what they pay top producers and employees who have been with the company longer. When confronted about it they will lie, avoid or make excuses. They undervalue their employees and overvalue the senior leadership who is only concerned about what AI initiative is next, even though none of the current ones are working.
