Pros
Everyone is treated the same here at Action Ambulance, and that means that everyone is held to exactly the same high standards as everyone else. We’re not in the kind of industry where slacking off is ok, or where a mistake is something that can just be fixed. People’s lives are on the line and it’s important that everyone come into work with a full understanding of the importance of their role. I’ve heard some people complain, but that has just never made sense to me. I mean, would you want to work for managers who would let things slide and allow people to slack off when it could mean the difference between life and death for someone? That’s insane. If you’re someone who feels that way, all I can say is that you’re in the wrong industry and you need to go find yourself a nice comfy office job where the worst that can happen if you make a mistake or show up late is that the spreadsheet you make is only half completed.
Cons
If you give a damn about other people and put effort into your work there are no cons to working here. If you just want to collect a paycheck without meeting the requirements of the job, then you’re probably going to hate this place.
