Pros
Most fellow employees and supervisors are friendly. You will deal with mostly friendly people. Most contracts are straight forward and easy to fill in the information. Most people on the employee assistance line are friendly. Though pay is low, there are chances at quarterly bonuses which help.
Cons
Part time employees used to accrue time off. They no longer do. This makes a work-life balance difficult. Unless you request specific days off per week when applying, you will be scheduled many days in a row before any time off, even as a part timer. Schedules are inconsistent, but you are required to show mostly open availability so this is almost impossible to avoid. Heavy penalties for missing due to system issues even if they are on the company side. Pay is low with few raises.
