Poor pay, Management has no clear direction for the future, Possibly the worst and most unprofessional human resource departments I have ever seen at a company, To many "Friends" get hired, 110% business time dedicated to the health and wellness program and not enough time making the registration platform current and user friendly (Currently looks like its was created in 2001 in Microsoft FrontPage and Access).
