Pros
I get to work from home. Training was very easy. Great managers, team leaders and co-workers. Phone rings all day. Most of the customers are awesome. You get your own equipment from the company (computer, keyboard, mouse and headset telephone).
Cons
You must request time off in 3 weeks or more, which could be hard for some who have things that come up unexpectedly. Pay for reservation agents is only $7.50 per hour. You will have a mean customer sometimes, but that is to be expected in this line of work.
