Pros

1) Uncomplicated-it very simple once you get the hang of it (after about 2 weeks) 2) Work from home 5 hours...decent work to life balance (schedule changed wkly or bi-weekly; so not great but decent) 3) Training is fast (8 to 10 days long) and paid

Cons

1) Supervisors not great; just okay 2) not flexible with scheduling. The hours you put down when you initially start is what they always hold you to. Even after 6 months. 3) Could pay a little more to be competitive. They pay based on state minimum wage. 4) The calls are constant (for federal parks). No break in between calls except to use the restroom.
