Poor Management - Anonymous employee Active Network Employee Review

Salary is far below market wage. Job description turned out to extremely different than what I initially interviewed for. Workload is insane in my department (meetings all day, working all night), and the expectations and workload just continue to increase. Little communication across cross-functional teams causes tons of issues. Little support from upper level management, it just appears that they don't care. There is high turnover for a REASON. Great experience, but don't stick around.
