Easy job, horrible management. - Customer Service Representative Active Network Employee Review

Management knew nothing about the contracts the customer service representatives worked for. The company claims to be school-friendly, that they will work around your schedule, but every single person I know that dealt with them had issues trying to have hours based upon their class schedule. The management was rude and unprofessional.
