Pros

Great people in every department. Very diverse workforce. Constantly hiring and growing. Good opportunity to work in multiple markets across the globe.

Cons

Upper management treats people as numbers rather than people. Darko Dejanovic was far from a top choice to be Active's new CEO in 2013 and it clearly shows as he lacks basic personal intelligence and motivates through fear and shame. Every section of the sales floor has screens that display and track everyone's daily performances and recently, quotas for all Account Executives were more than doubled and thus drastically reduced commission-generated income and incentive. As of now and in the near future, a terrible place to work.
