Pros
Free soft drinks, ice cream and smoothies. Bean bag chairs. Color coded floors (kind of like in Transformers 3).
Cons
The company is being groomed to sell. Every major decision is not being made in the best interest of the company, or the customer or the employee but in the appearance to any kind of potential outside buyer. They are building a house of cards that looks good on the exterior but is rotten to the core and looking to find anyone dumb enough to take the bait. And I'm sure they'll find someone. And I'm sure all the executives will get a big bonus and move on to ruin another company.
