Bad management, use of fear as motivation, ethicality isn't an issue as long as sales are where they need to be, very few people working here care about anything besides money. Bad employee treatment. People are quitting/being fired and dropping like flies. Really bad retention rate. There is now a rule that you owe the company several thousand dollars if you want to quit within a year (goes so show how few people stick around). Beware.
