Pros
This company has the best medical benefits of any company I've worked for thus far. It's only $35 (medical, dental and vision) a month for a single person, $85 (medical, dental and vision) for a married couple, and $125 (medical, dental and vision) for a family no matter how many children. There are also some career opportunities that allow you to do some substantial traveling in America (includes Canada) and around the world depending on the need. There are some very good people that work at this company and some good managers depending on the department and office you work in.
Cons
The company continues to buy smaller companies in order to dominate the market, and often assigns those offices a manager in another office. The downside is that many people end up having remote managers, and unfortunately these managers aren't equipped to remotely manage. The company says that they offer extensive training no matter your job, but unfortunately that's not true. It's a very corporate environment where everyone is judged on numbers. It's also very difficult to get hired at this company especially at the Canadian branch unless you were purchased as a company. Should you happen to get a manager that thinks more of themselves then actually does work, then you'll want to quit as soon as you started as many have. It's really hard to advance in this company as well. Even if you do your job well, it's no guarantee that you'll move up.
