Pros

Travel was nice as you get to go to lots of cities and different states around the US and learn about different hardware products.

Cons

You travel all the time with no care if you have a family or not. The company got caught in a scandal with paying employees less than what they owed them. The upper management at that time was filled with poison and individuals that had no knowledge of the products they sold. The CEO is an airhead that cannot be wrong even if you proved why he is wrong.

Many of our team have been with us for 15-25+ years. Many of our customers too. I think this says something about our corporate culture and quality of work.

At Activu you can work from home unless you want to work in the office or you need to. Some of our employees have even moved to other parts of the country for quality of life or family reasons. This approach allows us to hire the very best, wherever they are located for most roles.

Cons

I can't think of any. There is mounting evidence that this is a win-win approach for companies and employees alike.
