Pros

Located in Rockaway NJ. Casual attire allowed. Summer BBQ lunches sometimes.

Cons

Activu suffers from poor leadership and poor incentives for its employees. It could be an excellent year, it could be a bad year and your raise will always stay the same. Reviews can be good or bad and it doesnt matter really. Rules are for employees and not management. Lunches should be at strict times, unless you are management. Managers are more concerned with being peoples friend or perceived that way than actually managing. There are plenty of times you will pick up slack for someone whos way above your pay grade because they cant be bothered.

Many of our team have been with us for 15-25+ years. Many of our customers too. I think this says something about our corporate culture and quality of work.

At Activu you can work from home unless you want to work in the office or you need to. Some of our employees have even moved to other parts of the country for quality of life or family reasons. This approach allows us to hire the very best, wherever they are located for most roles.

Cons

I can't think of any. There is mounting evidence that this is a win-win approach for companies and employees alike.
