Pros
Flexible hours Easy commute A number of wonderful coworkers
Cons
No growth potential. No respect of one's work, space, or time. Expected to deliver exceptional results with little to no support, subpar software tools, and no money for training. Gross gender bias (women managers are the lowest paid) Lack of diversity (company is 90% white males) No teamwork attitude throughout the company. It's every man for themselves. No accountability given - those who do their jobs well are expected to overcompensate for those still employed but not performing. When trying to enforce written rules, management consistently overrides, but will yell at you for not enforcing. Zero autonomy. Gross lack of respect from executives. Consistently having to put our fires created by dead weight employees, but no accountability to those creating the mess. Constantly wasting money on underperforming employees, outside help, and whatever object looks pretty. Great employees do not stay, and those rare ones that do stay are undervalued. High turnover
