Is a great place to get your feet wet in GMP and learn more about instrumentation and process. Company culture is fairly good, and coworkers are easy to work with. Work life balance is valued, and opportunities within company are growing. Pay and benefits are also comparable to industry standards.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments and management. Can be demanding and stressful at times.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
