There has been a lot of change over the last year, and like any organization, there have been both positive and negative affects. I see stability coming to the organization. We are undergoing a 'mindset' change and it is taking time but I see positive improvements that will result in a growing and stable organization. I believe in the strategy.

Cons

Sometimes feels like there are many priorities and it is difficult to do everything well.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
