Great benefits package Great for starting and building your career New leadership team is dedicated to improving organization and culture Employees are some of the nicest people you will meet and are great to work with The company is starting to turn around, essentially rebuilding from the ground up. Now is the time to start with this company, Bright Future ahead

Cons

The company is still going through transition but job security is fine Legacy staff still holds onto the past, disrupting the opportunity for growth Employee engagement is low, but the company has been through a significant amount of change over the last several years. The right leadership can turn it around though.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
