Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is unclear how long ago you were with us, but we want you to know that we are steadily working to improve the stability and atmosphere of the company, starting with our leadership. A new CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer joined Adare in early 2022 as well as other strategic structural changes within leadership and throughout the company. New internal systems and training for those systems have been implemented. We have also made some really positive changes to our benefits plan as well.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
