Pros

Small company, friendly atmosphere. Work isn't too hard. Pay and benefits better than many in the manufacturing sector. Not a bad way to get your foot in the door of cGMP manufacturing.

Cons

Small company, no upward movement. Building is old and dated. Pay and benefits on the low end for pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing operators/technicians. Pay gap between those working on the floor and those up front and upstairs in the offices is substantial. Time off is pretty average for factory work, but below most other pharma in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Adare is continuously evaluating our compensation and benefits plans in order to remain competitive within the industry, and will continue to make adjustments where and when possible in these efforts. Fortunately, we were able to promote 10% of our US workforce within the last year, to provide continued growth and development for well performing individuals where there were opportunities to do so which aligned with organizational objectives.

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
