Rapid growth is bringing opportunities for employees to upskill and contribute in new ways. Collaboration between departments is improving which creates a positive work environment and increases productivity. Leadership is accessible and active in the daily work which creates a supportive environment. The people create an incredible workplace culture!

Cons

Collaboration among sites is a challenge but there are lots of people working to make improvements and align the North American sites.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
