Generally pleasant staff and coworkers.

Cons

Leadership was extremely short-sighted, focused on revenue for the next month. Long term vision was poor leaving retention of key employees and customer satisfaction in poor a poor state. Typical lazy management that rewards the people playing politics and making them feel good. Sad.

* Co-workers are great * Supervisors are very understanding and easy to talk to * Training is taken seriously, and everyone is aware of ongoing processes across different teams * Great hours (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

Cons

* Aurora, IL location doesn't get much recognition from big Adare * Minimal margin of error expected * I was employed through an agency

Pros

The pay is good for senior operators. Decent insurance.

Cons

Management and HR will not get back to you through email. They ignore you. Senior operators told me how is place has gone downhill since 2020. Training is terrible. The company has no direction. A lot of senior management has left, forced out? The operators jobs are fairly easy. The equipment is mostly very old and does not get proper PM's.
