Pros

It's refreshing to work at a company so focused on customer success instead of making sure everyone has a full calendar of meetings. There seems to be a really brilliant market-focus strategy here where we deliver extremely valuable and unique software to a very specific customer segment. I'm learning a ton! The team is great. Relaxed but highly professional environment.

Cons

Really need to be a self-starter to be successful here.

- Fast moving sales org - Great visibility on company goals and current state from leadership - Generally good leads from marketing - Solid structure for sales, BD, and operations in place that is simple and not overcomplicated in terms of admin work - Great space to work in Overall, the company is very nimble from a sales perspective and there is little red tape to get things done which is great for new campaigns and driving pipeline,

- Product is lagging far behind competitors
