- Very smart and talented employees - Majority of the folks here are not from Adtech space but still have grown really fast in this space - Flexible work culture, occasional wfh is allowed - If you have clear goals for yourself, growth is guaranteed. - Salary gets credited on 27th of every month - Snacks and cookies in the cafeteria - Global summit every 2 years - Good work life balance
