Pros
A rather open mindset regarding development and learning/trying new things to solve problems, lots of cutting-edge technologies used (which might be a drawback if you are transferred between teams a lot). Also one of the biggest tech-plaftorm in Lithuania (yes, we have big data), so one gets a chance to work on challenges related to large-scale systems.
Cons
It is rather chaotic, with teams being divided, ownerships transitioned and people transferred so often and so fast (the decision is kept from the team until the last moment) that it has become the new normal. Also, a significant number of important subsystems are not owned by any team, so if you have a problem with it, then it is for you to fix.
