Pros

This company offers good paid internship programs and invested in many junior developers. During the pandemic, the company made lots of profits and treated the employees so nice. - we had free office massage, delicious snacks, trips to other city, and monthly lunch gathering. - we had tons of flexibilities and could work fully remote or hybrid

Cons

The company is doing bad financially after the pandemic as demand for ad-tech drops. The upper management has been "quiet firing" its employees. - they started forcing everyone to go to the office everyday, unless if you're a Senior Developer that's not easily replacable - they got rid of the office massage, monthly lunch gathering, bad and cheaper snacks - there is no Global Summit (field trip/gathering) this year. - Beginning 2023 some people were put on PIP (Performance Evaluation Plan) - in H3 2023, some people got laid off - the company started outsourcing jobs from Europe to India When people complaint throughout the year, the managers were being so toxic toward the employees and gaslighted them.
