Pros

If there was a way to give negative feedback I would. The US based NYC management are manipulative, backstabbing, and condescending and have NOT brought in new business in over 3 years. I really have no clue how this company is in business. Every campaign failed to launch, at one point a CTV deal went live but couldn't spend and our team took WEEEKS to figure it out. I don't even know how this is even possible. Prob because there is no inventory due to the lack of clients. If you're a seasoned seller and you decide to CC your boss, expect them to write back to you, "what is the "outcome"" and find meaningless ways to revise emails. There is zero transparency. The NPS scores internally dipped to a whopping -46%, that's negative 46%... and everyone that troubleshoots campaigns should NOT be client facing due to language barriers.

Cons

I'm telling you, this company is by far the worst place you could wind up. There is no sales person that has been there over 2 years and they only eliminate sellers bringing in money. They do not want anyone to have an opinion or make the work environment better. They are simply solely focused on their egos and creating turmoil. They also are really good at changing your words to create internal issues, probably to help their case when letting people go, so there is no blame on them (when it's all from the top down). There is no visibility into any other sales persons pipeline, Saleforce has tons of hidden accounts you can't view, there is no team comradery, and don't expect to have any type of expense account. Even a lunch is too much to treat a prospect or client to.... Take this to heart and you will be saved from a miserable short term employment.
