Pros
The work/life balance is excellent and most of managers I encountered in my years strive for helping keeping this in line. Perks are good as well.
Cons
The quality of code/product is not linear across the company. There are teams producing high quality things and teams less so. I guess it's normal for such a big world-wide spread company. Some managers uses way too much the "extra mile" excuse for asking you to work extra hours. Some do not really listen to other opinions even when supported by data Some do not really understand the technical aspect of the project they're managing I guess is normal in such big organisations. Depending on "branch" you're in, you may have quite a strong "feudal system" where opinions of some are accounted way more than others.
