Cons
Difficult to navigate various teams and players in the beginning. Muddled organizational structure. No real SOPs or organizational charts. Your experience will vary depending on the team you are on. Favoritism runs rampant. The ERC does not take employee concerns seriously, nor fairly investigate with all parties involved when complaints are made. DEI efforts are there at the corporate level, but representation is severely lacking on the managerial level. Very white mostly male leadership teams who continue to hire more white leadership. Not as diverse as their marketing stock photos present on the website and in ads. Experienced hostile management style at times. Lacking operational efficiency.
