Pros

- work with the most skilled analysts in the space - we tried to cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and helping each other solve problems

Cons

- poor leadership - most leaders are inexperienced in leading a diverse team - diversity is a buzz word they throw around but don't actually know what it means - executives are tone deaf, struggles to provide empathy to their team, don't know how to properly measure success to lower rank employees - low pay

Pros

They are a Work from home company

Cons

Beware: Many of the negative reviews are accurate, which is likely why so many of them have been marked as “helpful.” The culture here is extremely cutthroat, and management often does not have employees’ best interests in mind, even when it may initially seem that way. “Feedback” often feels less like support and more like documentation that can later be used against you. Even asking questions can sometimes work against you. Billable hours are treated as the top priority above all else. Employees are still held accountable for utilization targets even during periods when there simply is not enough work available or when accrued PTO is taken. I understand the job market is difficult right now, so if you do decide to work here, make sure you protect yourself, document everything, and keep records of important conversations.
