Pros

- Great team members, and members of lower leadership that want to see you succeed and grow. - The fact that everyday I log on puts me one day closer to finding a job I love and a company that isn’t Adswerve

Cons

- Upper management is out of touch. If you try to respectfully offer them feedback on initiatives and such be prepared to be reprimanded. It’s like whatever you tell them goes in one ear out the other, they don’t care what you have to say unless you’re praising them. And HR will back them at every turn, so no use bringing it up to them. - Pay is lacking. They will change your entire job and title and expect more work out of you but no compensation for it. This will also throw off any career planning you had, so say goodbye to any chance at that promotion that seemed in reach. You aren’t gonna see it! - Our top leadership is insufferable. To lay people off weeks before Christmas, drop our yearly performance raises, just to turn around two months into the new year with the great news that we acquired another company….. has anyone looked up the definition of “tone deaf” in their life? To be told that I should be “lucky” to be receiving a 1% raise??? Action after action from this group of people has been a slap in the face to everyone working for Adswerve and showing up for it day after day and giving it their all.

We recognize that feedback isn’t always positive and can sometimes be tough to hear. We truly appreciate your honest review and are sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your experience at Adswerve. Over the past year, we’ve navigated some significant internal changes to support our growth and that of our industry. We strive to be transparent in our business decisions with all team members and to work thoughtfully with every leader, manager, and team member. Please know that these decisions are made with great care, balancing the need for business sustainability with a commitment to employee well-being. We continually assess our compensation and benefits to ensure they remain competitive and fair. We also understand the importance of open communication and fair recognition of our employees' hard work. We will review the concerns you’ve raised to identify areas for improvement and will share your feedback with our Senior Leadership and HR team to ensure it is heard and acknowledged. As you noted, we are currently running our Employee Engagement Survey and encourage high participation to ensure everyone has the chance to provide feedback, ideas, and suggestions. The results and comments are anonymous and thoroughly reviewed by our CEO and Chief People Officer. If you’d like the opportunity to speak directly with either of them, please feel free to reach out to them. We know they will make the time.

Pros

They are a Work from home company

Cons

Beware: Many of the negative reviews are accurate, which is likely why so many of them have been marked as “helpful.” The culture here is extremely cutthroat, and management often does not have employees’ best interests in mind, even when it may initially seem that way. “Feedback” often feels less like support and more like documentation that can later be used against you. Even asking questions can sometimes work against you. Billable hours are treated as the top priority above all else. Employees are still held accountable for utilization targets even during periods when there simply is not enough work available or when accrued PTO is taken. I understand the job market is difficult right now, so if you do decide to work here, make sure you protect yourself, document everything, and keep records of important conversations.
